Observations

7 Small Shawls: T - 139 days and counting down.

1. Green paint in a plastic bottle dropped from the balcony onto a tile floor does not bounce.
2. Explosions affect an amazingly large area.
3. Cuteness is essential to the survival of children.
4. Disasters invariably happen right before the post office closes.
5. See #3.

Ouch! Every word you've just written is true, especially #3! Sometimes I'm amazed at how many children survive to adulthood...

OMG! I'm laughing but I'm sure you were not at the time. Sad thing is after this you get the teen years to look forward to. The cuteness wears off then sorry to say you will wish for the young years again. So enjoy them while you can. :)

Typical conversation at our house between teenagers and dad:

"But, Dad, I used to get away with _________!"

"You used to be cute."

Oh, dear.

I once dropped a large paintbrush fully loaded with red paint from the upstairs hallway to the front entry way. It took about five minutes to hit the floor, and spun in slow motion, flinging paint all over the carpet, the wood floor, the living room, the stairs, the walls, and every item in any of the above, the entire time.

I feel your pain.

I want to say "Someday you'll look back and laugh..." I hope that day comes soon (before the cuteness of children wears off...)! ;-)
