After the Rain
My friend blogless Sandi was saying what a gorgeous walk she had with her dog this morning. The sky was bright blue and the raindrops were still clinging to everything, like little prisms. So I went exploring with the new camera.
It's amazing what you find in your own yard.
The drops were still clinging to everything.
It didn't seem like a very heavy rain, but it had bent the shrubbery to the ground.
I saw that our roses are blooming.
I think they may be a bit confused. But beautiful nonetheless.
I'm enjoying this camera so much!
I am feeling very thankful right now for many things. But most especially for beauty and graciousness. :)

So beautiful. Thank you!
Such beautiful light in those photo's - I love walking around after the rain. Late afternoon is my favorite light for photo's and if you combine that with a passing rain shower - woowee!
I can say, without a doubt, that I'm feeling the same way lately!
Lovely! There's nothing like a garden washed clean by the rain. =)
Ooooh, I am loving your new photo-capabilities! Your photos are just gorgeous. They are helping me to take a deep breath and to remember that great beauty surrounds us, every day, and we just need to take a deep breath, and remember to look at it, and feel the gratitude wash over us.
