Better Late than Never?

Fall has officially come to my little corner of the world. (Finally!)

The Japanese Maple is celebrating the onset of cold weather.

Isn't it lovely?

Although a bit disconcerting to have fall in December.

The colors of the tree are beautiful. We're still having fall like weather and winter's brief appearance is but a memory. Pray for snow.

Beautiful!

Your book is beautiful as well. I got mine last week and trying to decide what I should make first. Probably going to be the Falling Leaves; it is lovely.

Rosemary- I adore the maples, they are amazing.

With zero degrees this morning and an untidy dusting of snow in Vermont, autumnal colors are a delight!
