Friday Eye Candy

I don't have any lovely tulips growing in my yard like these at Yarnstorm, but in appreciation of those gorgeous photos, here is a painting of mine. It was originally done for a calendar: the month of April.

Can you tell I love orange? ;)

Happy Friday!

Love, love, love orange, too! Weird how a lot of people don't like it as much but that usually means it's the colour that goes into the sale bins ;-)

What a wonderful painting! I like orange too. It took awhile for me to realize it though. I blame it on too much exposure to ugly burnt orange velour furniture in the 70s and my grandmother's intense (and vocal) dislike of anything orange.

Have a great weekend!

You are indeed a Renaissance woman- lovely painting.

I was thinking that they would make amazing tiles.

I love orange, but don't wear it. It is a happy color.

Love the tulip! I have a sister who can paint like that. I think I took up knitting partly in self-defense, so that I could go be artistic and cool, too, eh?
