Breaking News!

The spring Knitty is up, and with it, my beaded bracelet pattern, Bauble! Here's the original, in greens and blues:

and here's what it looks like in blacks and grays:

I've set up a knit-along group for anyone who wants to knit Bauble or Venezia (my pattern for knitted wire napkin rings from the last Knitty), and get a bit of technical help or just talk about it! You can join here. Hope to see you there!

I've never wanted to knit with beads, until now - that's so beautiful!

They're both beautiful! I think I'm partial to the blue one though. No, wait, the black one! I can't choose!

What a gorgeous bracelet it is! I love both colourways, and it's definitely inspiring me to try knitting with beads - something I never thought I'd attempt. Beautiful work!

Wow! I saw this in Knitty and just had to come over here and comment--it is perfect for a friend of mine, and has been added to my to-knit list! I also noticed that you live in wine country and thought "surely they can't mean this wine country!" but they do! So a hello wave from nearby Rohnert Park!

I love both patterns in Knitty! Keep it up! Although I haven't made either of them yet, they are my favorites of each issue. How about a necklace next?
