She's here!

7 Small Shawls: T - 205 days and counting down.

Well, I was going to show you my favorite lace bind off, but you've all been waiting so patiently that I thought you might like to see some shawl pr0n!
She's finished! The second shawl in my 7 Small Shawls eBook subscription!
Maia wraps beautifully around your shoulders.
The edging echos the spines of leaves.
She's got more fabric than a half circle. There are 3 spines of leaves plus the leaf edging.
I love the way the texture makes the color pop.
Here you can see almost 3/4 of her.
And the requisite self portrait in new shawl!
I'm very happy with Maia!

Next up? A Maia pattern for my test knitters with an optional beaded chart! Hat and fingerless mitts are a must, I think, as two of the extras you get with the eBook. I have the yarn all picked out. :)

This is my favorite shawl of yours that you've ever designed. If you need another test knitter, let me know. Regardless, I'm going to be buying this the minute you release it. Absolutely gorgeous.

It's just beautiful Romi, I'll love to test knit it, but I imagine you must have a large group already at it. I cant translate it though. When will it be available at your store?

WOW!!!!! I'm in love with this shawl. I particularly like the round shape. Sometimes a triangular shawl is too much.

This is gorgeous!
Congratulations on a beautiful design :)

Whew, I gasped when I saw your latest creation. It's too gorgeous for words, Romi. I don't see how you keep coming up with these beauties, but DON'T stop! This is going to be one whale of an eBook. I've got to find a very special yarn for Maia!

oh dear. I have to leave for a week-long work conference in nine days and I was all set to bring with me a luscious hank of spring-green tonal lace-weight merino and then you throw *THIS* out there, which is totally what my luscious hank actually wants to be.

So now, since this won't be out for awhile, I have to totally reconfigure my WIPs for this trip. And that, as you know, is no small feat.

when are you going to stop topping yourself??!!! Am I going to have to wait till the whole dern collection is out before I can start choosing what to cast on next?? ;~)

Would it be very difficult to make her a full size shawl? I love the fit and drape but I like my shawls to cover my arms...
