Happy Monday and New Year to you, too!
I am constantly trying to get my (way overindulged) kids to recognize this. It's an uphill battle all the way.
(As for me, I realized a long time ago that I--and most of us in these here 21st century United States--won the lottery of life in having the good fortune to be born here and now. I consider it disgraceful to ever be less than absolutely grateful. And I'm very happy!)
