Yes, there has been stealth crochet happening in this studio, as well as stealth knitting!
And more importantly, I want to thank all of you so much for leaving comments, even though I have been so ridiculously busy that I haven't been able to visit you very much. You all rock! And it's so awesome to read comments! You all regularly make my day. :)
Back to hookin'.
As long as you keep hookin', I'll be here to keep lookin.
ReplyDeleteWhat on earth are you doing? I am way curious!
ReplyDeleteYou might be able to convince me to knit with beads but crochet? I don't think so, only because I don't need another hobby ;-)
ReplyDeleteI have been very interested in experimenting with crochet. I am still getting my crochet mojo rev'd. Hopefully soon I will get started on a project.
ReplyDelete-punkin
-=giggle=- Those are some serious hooks! My curiosity is peaked!
ReplyDeleteIt kind of looks like a surgical tray. Very top notch photography happening in your studio!
ReplyDeleteI don't know anything about crochet but I will say that is a seriously cool pic you took...I love your perspective in the shots you take on this blog!
ReplyDeleteI do such a tiny bit of crochet that it really doesn't count! Hope to get to see your stealth projects soon :).
ReplyDeleteAh, steel crochet hooks..... Both a joy to use and the bane of my existence, all depending on the pattern. :-)
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a good time with them!
Looks like some medieval torture devices.
ReplyDeleteThose are some serious looking hooks you've got over there.
ReplyDeleteNow you got all of us VERY curious !
That bottom one's a crochet hook too? Funky angle--fun shot!
ReplyDeleteOh goody! I can't wait to see what you're working on!
ReplyDeleteRosemary- I own a complete set of crochet hooks- but I rarely ever use them.
ReplyDeleteNope, the only thing they're good for is beading or picking up the odd dropped stitch.
Not that I drop stitches, you understand.
Those hooks are awesome, Rosemary.
ReplyDeleteThose are fab!
ReplyDeleteWhat are you up to over there?!
I had already decided to buy your book - you can stop tempting me know ;)
ReplyDeleteI love me some crochet; when do we get to see?
ReplyDeleteI want more details on those crochet hooks! Where did you get them?
ReplyDeleteYou sure made me curious here, woah! ;)
ReplyDeleteIf someone asks if I crochet I almost always say 'no just occasional edgings on knitted thing'...and then remember the afghans I made for my sisters, the shawl I made for my best friend when she had her first child, and the filet crochet curtains I made for my first house and realise....I guess I do.
ReplyDeleteBut I never learned properly so that must be why I'm in denial. As a Canadian I used both American and English pattern books which use the same terms for different stitches which only added to my overriding concern that I didn't really 'get' crochet.
Can't wait to see what you are up to!
I am really intrigued to find out what you're hookin'. I just discovered the joy of hookin' and I want to learn more. ;)
ReplyDeleteCool picture. Enjoy the hookin'!
ReplyDeleteTalk about curious, I am. I used to crochet before I taught myself to knit. I think there are ways to combine the 2 skills, knitting with crochet.
ReplyDeleteI will check back and see what you are up to.
Mmm. I've seen some of the stealth knitting and OMG are you guys and gals in for a treat.
ReplyDeleteRosemary you do gorgeous work.
Rosemary, I'm excited to see what you're up to! I've not done much crocheting in recent years, so maybe you can tempt me back to the hooking side. ;-)
